Tim is another founding father of the Blue FO's. He credits Freddy King, Delbert McClinton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, Eric Clapton, and Robin Ford for having major influences on his sound and style. When he isn't with the boys, you might catch him at the beach, fishing, or playing squash.

Jeff's roots are in Memphis, TN.  It was there Jeff was introduced to the blues in the late 1960's.  Influences from Freddie King, Otis Redding, Albert King, and Stevie Ray Vaughn helped to mold Jeff's soulful voice.  Jeff spent many years singing in hard rock bands up to a few years ago when his heart was tugged by the blues once again. When not jamming with the boys you will find him rock climbing or swimming with the fishes.

Another original member - Charlie simply grew into the blues in the 70's and 80's. Major influences on Charlie included; The Allman Brothers, BB King, Taj Mahal & Eric Clapton.
Dave McCarthyDave McCarthy

Hooked on bass from the time he heard Jack Bruce on Cream’s "Disraeli Gears" album, Dave also cites Duck Dunn and Delbert McClinton as major influences. A former member of the Rock ‘N Soul Horns, he found his way to the Blue FOs after working with Tim Lindsey in recording sessions for the last album from the late Rick Mendes.

Randy's connection came while they were playing at his 40th birthday party. He was asked to sit in and hence became his musical resurection. The rest is history. The blues for good or bad have been part of Randy's life for some time. Delbert McClinton, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vauhgn and the old Led Zepplin blues helped to shape his music. When not jamming with the boys, you might just catch him on the local golf course.
